Bob Falkenberg

Bob joined the Schar team in 2023. Prior to that he was a teacher, coach, and a school administrator. He also served as an administrator for a church for several years. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard, and relaxing at Lake Erie. Seeing members of the Schar Heating & Cooling team grow in their confidence and abilities to provide customers with a great experience is highly motivating to Bob.
