SCHAR MEMBERSHIPS
- The Smart Choice
Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst. The coldest day of frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave are times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it the most.
Regular maintenance will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
24/7 Priority Service
With a membership, you will receive 24/7 priority scheduling on emergency calls. Upgrade to our Gold or Platinum memberships and enjoy priority scheduling on your yearly inspections.
Water Heater Service
We recommend having your water heater serviced at least once a year. Service on your water heater can help prevent common issues such as a leaky tank, a stuck valve, a faulty pilot light, loose or broken parts, and more.
Two Performance Tune-Ups Per Year
With a membership, you will receive two performance tune-ups per year. This allows you to have both your furnace and air conditioner systems checked during the heating and cooling seasons!
Warranty on repairs
There is a warranty on repairs for up to 1 year! If you have a problem within the warranty period, there will be no charge to come back out and repair the problem if it is related to the previous repair.
Regular Maintenance Benefits
Having your system checked regularly enables us to keep your unit running as efficiently as possible, which saves you money on your utility bill month after month. We can also catch problems such as loose or burnt wires and freon leaks, before they lead to larger problems, such as motor failure or freezing up.
Energy Saving Coil Cleaning
Dirty coils reduce efficiency and force your unit to work harder. This causes parts to wear out faster and shortens the life expectancy of your unit. Tests performed by the EPA explain that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce efficiency by 21%. Since the average homeowner’s heating and cooling bill is $1,500 per year, a 21% loss in efficiency means you could be wasting up to $315 each year.
