Madison Norton

Madison started working at Schar Heating & Cooling in early spring 2025. Madison’s job is to assist in scheduling technicians, ordering repair parts, and scheduling maintenance appointments while ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. During Madison’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, watching football, crocheting, and cooking. Before joining our team, Madison worked in the poultry industry for 8 years at Gerber’s Poultry. The most rewarding part of her job is working with a team that is kind and supportive.
