Damien Buck

Damien joined our team at the beginning of 2025 as one of our Service Technicians. His job is to serve our customers by maintaining their equipment and helping them find ways to make their home more comfortable. Before joining our team, Damien worked for his dad’s remodeling company. Damien’s favorite part about working at Schar Heating and Cooling is the family and community aspect of the company. During his free time, he enjoys playing video games, spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and being outdoors.
