Charity Schar

Charity has been with Schar Heating & Cooling since June, 2021 and transitioned to full-time in April, 2024. She helps manage inventory, check deliveries, is forklift certified, and assists with metal fabrication. Charity also handles graphic design projects
and job costing reports.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new places, and spending time with friends and family. The most rewarding part of her job is the connections she’s made with her coworkers and others she interacts with in her role.
